Wrapping your fleet is a great way to promote your business services and products. Given that your vehicles are seen by thousands of people on the road on a daily basis, it is the prime location.
Introduction to: Fleet Wraps
Whether it be trucks, vans or cars using your company vehicles as a way or promoting your business will elevate your brand awareness. Using the same design but adapted to each size and shape will solidify your brand making it an efficient way to promote different aspects of your business.
Part Wrap: Just getting the company logos and livery on your vehicles is enough to unite them as a fleet. This can be printed in specific brand colours or chosen from our range of coloured vinyl. If you don’t know your brand colours, bring something in as we can colour match to a pantone or vinyl.
Full Wrap: Or if you really want to set yourself apart, fully wrapping your fleet in a unique design will do just that. Identifying a product or service to promote across all the vehicles will be notices by potential customers wherever you go. This can be done as a full print or using some of coloured vinyl in a print and cut design.
Both methods would work to give your fleet a new lease of life and allow for effective marketing space.

Why Choose LW Graphics?
Our Fleet Wrapping Process
We have a proven process in place to help you brand your fleet. Having dedicated teams in each area to give you a smooth and stress free experience.
1 | Design
If you are happy with the current branding you have, it’s just a case of taking elements, such as your logo and tagline, and laying them out if the most effective way. Incorporating images or a graphic design can be done by our in-house designers or we’re happy to wrap existing designs. However, if you’re branding needs updating our design team can help re-brand your business too. We can produce Photoshop and scale visuals to make sure you’re happy with the design
2 | Production
Our in-house production team will then determine what needs printing and what can be cut from our variety of coloured vinyl. With industry leading print quality due to our Epson SureColor SC-280600 and HP Printers we can ensure a crisp and clean print.
3 | Application
Whilst all the vinyl is being made ready and prepped, our vehicle wrapping team will prep your vehicle, giving it a wash to remove dirt and debris to allow for easy application. Then the vinyl graphics are lined up using laser alignment to ensure everything is in line. Continuously checking against the finalised design, the vinyl is then carefully and skilfully applied.
4 | Final Touches
Before we hand over the vehicle it’s double checked by the workshop manager to see if anything needs to be slightly tweaked or amended. Once we’re happy with the vinyl application the vehicle is given a wash and polish ready for collection.
Collection & Drop-off
Let us make the process easy for you. At LW Graphics, we are proud to serve clients nationwide, utilising our collection and drop-off service to make the process as easy and hassle-free as possible. One of our friendly team will arrive on the day to pick up the vehicle and once the customisation is complete, your fleet will be dropped back off at a suitable time for you.

What You Need To Know About Fleet Wrapping
LW Graphics has a long and respected history in vehicle graphics. From the initial design stage to final application, we are your one-stop-shop to market and promote your product or service.
Which types of fleet vehicles have we wrapped previously?
We have conducted numerous part and full wraps on all types of vehicles. From heavy vehicle MAN trucks to Toyota Aygos. Recently the most common is the Mercedes Benz Sprinters we did for Meridian Granite consisting of four fully printed wraps . This can be seen in our case studies section. Whatever vehicle is in your fleet the LW Graphics team have the knowledge on how to best design and apply the graphics.
Which companies brand their fleet?
Any company that wants to be taken seriously will brand their vehicles. It’s a smart way of publicising yourself and showing existing and potential clients you’re confident in your brand. Such companies as Yorkshire Water, Meridian Granite, NIC, Collett, JCT 600, Arrow Self Drive, to name a few, brand all their fleet of vehicles – instantly recognisable by the public.
Added benefits of wrapping your fleet?
An added benefit or wrapping your fleet is that you’ll be able to adapt to seasonal or geographical promotions, which would be a lot more time consuming and expensive with a paint job. This flexibility doesn’t come at the expense of the paint job; our vinyl can easily be removed without damage to your paint. If your fleet is leased, the added benefit of full wraps is that it will protect the paint work of the vehicle.
What type of vinyl do we use?
We chose to use industry leading manufacturers to source the best vinyl for our projects. Brands such as 3M, Avery Dennison, Arlon and Vion. This way we can be confident that our client’s vehicles designs are durable and will remain as they left the workshop during all weather conditions. Most vinyl has a life expectancy of 3 to 5 years however as the industry grows new vinyl has emerged, such as 3M 2080, with a guarantee of 7 years.
How important is fleet branding?
Fleet branding is important because it unifies all the vehicles in use by your business. It helps in achieving a strong brand identity that follows through from your digital or physical branding. For an effective result, we recommend clear imagery which is simple, bold sign writing and recognisable brand livery that can be transferred to any size vehicle.
Is my brand strong enough?
Wrapping your fleet is a fantastic marketing tool but if your branding is dated and dull it might have an adverse effect on potential customers – first impressions count! We can help as much or as little as needed when creating or updating a brand. A strong brand identity will be easily recognisable, simple, clear and remaining consistent across all platforms including your fleet.

The best way to get vinyl off is to use a heat gun. Gently heat the vinyl and use a squeegee to peel it off. If you are wanting to update your vinyls or start afresh, we can de-wrap your fleet for you.
